Now, back to our paleo bread without yeast. After seeing that all of the store bought gluten free breads – beside being quite pricey – still contained copious amounts of processed, refined, bleached flours, too much sugar, yeast and excessive salt and preservatives, Casey decided to create her own recipe for a paleo bread.

After testing lots of different combinations of flours, she landed on the perfect 5 ingredients that allow for a perfect fluffy loaf, free from yeast, grains and preservatives.

Ambra, this is a delicious looking recipe. Puffy, savory breads are the best. The sparkling water must be one of the determining ingredients for the puff. Brilliant. Thanks for sharing this wonderful person too!
